You see the cost beforehand. One click, and optinavo calculates the best order, for several vehicles if you like.

Features
Stops are sorted so the tour is as short as possible, with an arrival time for every stop.
Up to 10 vehicles per tour. optinavo splits the stops and takes into account how many boxes fit in each vehicle.
Set when a driver has to be back. Anything that no longer fits is clearly shown.
Every address is checked before optimising. You decide what happens with unclear addresses.
Optionally with the expected traffic at departure time, e.g. for tours during rush hour.
Results on the map with the actual road network, as a table and as a CSV for Excel.
Simply paste or upload address lists; the columns are detected automatically.
Before every optimisation you know exactly what it costs. No surprises on the invoice.

In the portal
Log in, enter the stops and optimise. Nothing to install, runs in the browser on any computer. The portal is currently in German.
Via the API
Send the stops via REST API and get the result back, by webhook if you like. With a free test environment and documentation (currently in German).

A stop consists of an address, number of boxes (optional) and your own reference.
Tours and addresses are deleted 30 days after the delivery day.
optinavo is a service of Platform7 mediadesign from Marburg, Germany.
You pay per optimised stop: €0.06 with one vehicle, €0.10 with several vehicles (excl. VAT). With traffic forecast it costs €0.10 or €0.14. There is no subscription and no base fee.
Yes. After registering, you plan in test mode at no cost and without payment details. Test mode uses simulated distances so you can try everything at your own pace. For real tours, you top up your credit.
This website is. The customer portal and the API documentation are currently in German. The API itself uses English field names, so integrating it works without German.
No. optinavo runs in the browser. If you already use software (online shop, inventory management, delivery software), it can connect to optinavo via the API.

optinavo checks every address first. You decide whether an address that cannot be found stops the optimisation or is skipped. Cancelled optimisations and skipped addresses cost nothing.

Driving times are calculated with the expected traffic at the time of departure. This pays off especially in cities and during rush hour. You decide anew for each optimisation.
Not yet. Today you plan with a departure time and an end of working time per vehicle; you see the planned arrival time for every stop. Time windows per stop are planned.
Not yet. Today you get the order as a list, on the map and as a CSV export. A driver view for mobile phones is planned.
By credit card or bank transfer. For every top-up you receive an e-invoice (ZUGFeRD). Your credit does not expire as long as your account exists.
Businesses, associations and organisations based in the EU. Customers outside Germany need a valid VAT ID; the invoice is then issued without German VAT (reverse charge). Private individuals cannot use optinavo.
No. There is no subscription. You use optinavo for as long as you like.
