The Terms and Conditions govern the use of optinavo: the customer portal, the API and the documentation. They apply to businesses and organisations based in the EU; consumers are excluded.
The terms are available in German only. The German version is legally binding; the contract language is German (§ 13(3) of the Terms and Conditions).
