The Data Processing Agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is an annex to the Terms and Conditions. It covers the delivery addresses that customers send to optinavo for route planning.
The agreement is available in German only. The German version is legally binding; the contract language is German (§ 13(3) of the Terms and Conditions).
